We spend a lot time with our patients. We get to know the people; we get to know their history. DR. MICHAEL VERMESH: We schedule the patients in such a way that they don't feel rushed, so that we can learn as much as possible about their condition, so that we can individualize their care, so that they can get continuity of care. I always look at two aspects; there is obviously the physical one and the psychological too. What patient is willing to go through, how aggressive they want to be. It's important that we realize what is unique about you, and how you're going to respond to medication and stimulation and our treatments.
